SmartDocumentor Cloud comprises four distinct modules, each tailored to address specific data needs:
Data extraction from Invoices & Receipts – Long before the Cloud version became available, SmartDocumentor was known for its capability to extract data from invoices and receipts. This feature is powered by Microsoft Azure’s AI Services in conjunction with our custom Robotic Process Automation (RPA) engine. SmartDocumentor Cloud streamlines the pre-validation, processing, and integration of invoices and receipts into an organization’s system, significantly slashing operational costs and reducing the time spent on these tasks by up to 99%.
Data extraction from custom templates – Within this module, clients can train SmartDocumentor Cloud to extract custom fields from documents, images, or any other data sources, even those with highly specific layouts outside the pre-set invoice and receipt models. This functionality extends to personal documents such as ID cards or passports, as well as data from tables, forms, and similar sources. To achieve proficiency in extracting data from such sources, SmartDocumentor Cloud needs five data sources with the layout requiring training.
Data anonymization – This module offers a user-friendly solution tailored to expedite the anonymization of custom fields within documents, text, and images, ensuring optimal privacy and compliance. Like the previous modules, the anonymization module seamlessly integrates into your organization’s workflow, securely storing perfectly anonymized documents within your system. Doing so, helps your organization remain compliant with privacy regulations and prevents any potential internal data misuse.
Audio and video transcriptions – Leveraging the robust capabilities of Microsoft Azure AI Services, particularly its powerful Speech service, this module offers highly accurate speech-to-text transcriptions of audio and video files. Doing so significantly reduces the time and effort organizations typically invest in manual transcription tasks. Presently, it supports multiple languages, including Portuguese (pt-PT), English (en-US), French (fr-FR), German (de-DE), and Spanish (es-ES), catering to diverse linguistic needs.
Data processing is team work
SmartDocumentor Cloud has no user limit, allowing organizations to add as many employees as required to work as a team in the revision process. Across all modules of SmartDocumentor Cloud, this collaborative environment is fully supported, facilitating the sharing of work during the revision process to expedite operations.
Collaborative workspaces can be created to encompass multiple employees working on reviewing transcripts, anonymized documents or extracted data. Different transcriptions and documents can be assigned to different team members for revision, allowing simultaneous review and accelerating this process.
