Joana Barbosa arrived at DevScope in 2013 after completing her Master’s Degree in Computer Engineering at Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto. Over the years she became one of the key elements of the Business Intelligence team, where she held the role of Lead BI Engineer. In 2020 she was distinguished by the Women in Tech community with the “Data & Analytics Expert” award.

This promotion recognizes the tremendous sense of responsibility Joana has demonstrated over the years and her contribution to the growth of DevScope and the BI team, which recently achieved the Analytics on Microsoft Azure Advanced Specialization and was awarded “Analytics Partner of the Year 2021” by Microsoft Portugal.
